Seasons
Four independent switches per season. Publish — visible publicly (archive, team / player pages). Spotlight — the one season public pages default to (standings, ticker, fixtures). Active — the season you and captains edit in; Teams / Matches / Screenshots below scope to it. Lock — freezes a finished season read-only and removes it from the working picker. Spotlight and Active are separate, so you can build next season while the public still sees the one in the spotlight.
New season
Teams
Edit name / abbreviation / country / group inline, upload a square logo, set the captain, and toggle Competing (off = sits out the tables but keeps its roster). Group splits a season into parallel tables (A / B / …); blank means one table. Colour is auto-assigned, clash-free. Captains edit only their logo + notes; the rest are mod-locked.
Add a returning team
Add a franchise that has played before — same brand, colour and crest, no retyping. Its latest roster is copied over; anyone already on a team this season is skipped.
New team (new club)
Players
Search to list players — the list never shows everyone. Edit real name, country, role, birth date and SteamID inline, and upload one upper-body portrait (3:4). Contact details are read-only; players manage their own email and phone.
Move a player with the Move to… control under their alias. Transfer cuts every live tie to the old team this season: availability and lineup spots on unplayed matches clear (a locked lineup reverts to draft), and the longest-serving teammate inherits a vacated armband. Played matches keep their stats; the player joins as a regular.
Matches
Edit a match's metadata (date, status, winner, VOD, notes) and per-map results (half-by-half scores, starting side, screenshots) — mod and god only. Click Edit ▾ on a row to open its editor. #N is an internal reference; public pages identify matches by date.
New match
Screenshots
Captain / team-mod uploads. Pending rows come first — review with the OCR summary + diff. Reset wipes both teams' uploads for that map and clears the published URLs, but keeps stats and scores you entered by hand; fix those in Matches above.
Backfill historical screenshots
Bulk-upload old scoreboard screenshots from disk. Each is OCR'd and matched to a match by rosters, map, score and date. Writes are strictly additive — existing halves, winners and stats are never overwritten. Rows ≥ 95% confidence are pre-selected; review the rest, then Apply.
Feedback
What players send via the Feedback button — bugs, ideas, wording fixes. Handle an item, then Delete it; this is the to-do queue, so empty means caught up.
Crew & access
Bring people in and set what they can do. Roles are stacked permissions, not team spots — anyone can hold several and still play. Tick to grant, untick to revoke. Admin roles are god-only; Caster and invites need only the Crew & access role.

Invite someone new
A sign-up link for someone with no login yet. By default it just creates their account — grant roles above once they're in. Optionally pin a role so it's granted on accept.

Every database change, who made it and when. Admins show by default — switch who for player self-service or system writes (CS2 webhooks, cron). Updates show each changed field, old → new. Click a row to expand. Read-only.
